Spotify partnered with Blackpink for a pop-up experience to celebrate the release of their new album, Born Pink. We took over an event space in West Hollywood, wrapped the exterior, and welcomed in almost 5K fans over the course of three days. Inside the Blinks found an array of activities and surprises including:
Recreations of scenes from the groups Pink Venom music video, Video booth where they could recreate the groups album teasers, Cafe with Pink Venom Tea and Born Pink Bites, Photo card station where they could star in their very own photo cards, Exclusive merch shop, + more!
In addition to the pop-up, we did a full-on media takeover through Los Angeles promoting the event. We ran guerilla projections in Weho, DTLA, and K-Town featuring event creative. Then, the icing on the cake was a one of a kind activation we put together at the Grove - where we turned their iconic fountain pink alongside creative on the marquee, kiosks, digital spectacular, and fountain signage.
